If you’ve ever hung out in my office, chances are we’ve talked about blasting music and dancing with reckless abandon. This is one of my favorite recommendations for families to do together. I firmly believe (and the science backs me up) that having fun while being active is far more beneficial than doing a required task. Feeling joyful while moving your body also benefits the brain and the soul. Well…not only is all that moving doing your body good…the music is too!
