According to laugh studies (yes, they exist), grown-ups usually laugh 20 or fewer times per day, but the average 4-year-old laughs nearly 300 times per day! With numbers like that, it's no wonder so many grown-ups have health problems!
Laughing is a great way to take your health into your own hands! Find something that makes your family laugh together...like a good game of charades. Listen closely when you hear the belly laughs of your kids. Laughs really are contagious! Laughing together has been shown to improve relationships too...
