Feed Your Fam!
Caldwell Pediatrics strives to be a resource for our patient families. We've recently updated our website to help families get inspired with food ideas and motivated to eat healthy at home. Clicking the "Feed Your Fam" button at the top of any page on our website will take you to breakfast, lunch, and dinner options. Each week, a different link will be attached to each option, hopefully inspiring you to try something new in your home! #food #heath #eat #eal #family #cook #

Food on the run
Sometimes we get so busy that food becomes an afterthought. We need it every single day but life is often such a rushed set of events that we just fit food (or food-like things) into the short breaks we find. This takes a toll on our bodies and minds…and the bodies and minds of our children. Food is more than something to fill your belly. It is nourishment on many levels. Talk To Us!!!
We've got a lot to offer here at Caldwell Pediatrics and Wellness Center! We're looking for some new ways to share knowledge and ideas with our patients and the community. We're planning to begin offering classes on different topics here at the office and at other locations. Some of the classes we'd like to offer include information and hands-on learning about grocery shopping, food and behavior, sleep and health, and chronic disease management and prevention. We'd really

1 tbsp. all natural creamy peanut butter
2 oz. vanilla yogurt Peel one banana and mash it with the peanut butter and yogurt. Set aside. Peel the other four bananas. Slice into half-inch thick slices. Smear the banana, peanut butter, and yogurt mixture on half the banana slices

Summer Foods for Super Hungry Kids
Summer has been in full swing for a bit now and it's amazing how quickly the pantry and refrigerator empties when the kids are home more. It seems like the grocery bill gets bigger even if the kids are off at camp or Grandma's for a week. Here are a few healthy and realistic ways to keep up with the fuel needs of those constantly running bodies. Stop buying drinks. Yeah...I said it! Your tap water is yucky? Mine too.
