

Music to my ears!
If you’ve ever hung out in my office, chances are we’ve talked about blasting music and dancing with reckless abandon. This is one of my favorite recommendations for families to do together. I firmly believe (and the science backs me up) that having fun while being active is far more beneficial than doing a required task.
