Hear Ye, Hear Ye! The Times...they are a'Changin!

We try our best to serve all of our patients well. Our goal is to keep the little ones that walk through our doors healthy. In order to provide these services, we count on you to help us out. When patients get here well after their appointment time and still expect to be seen, it puts other patients and our healthcare providers in a tough spot. Since we do not operate as a walk-in clinic, we can no longer accomodate patients that do not arrive by their scheduled time. In order to ensure the practice runs as smoothly and efficiently as possible, we have established new guidelines to which all of our patients are held. Beginning on Monday, December 15, 2014, patients must be signed in at the time of their appointment. If a patient arrives 15 minutes after their scheduled appointment time, they will be required to reschedule.

While the policy may take some "getting-used-to" we believe it is in the best interest of the practice and our patients. Thank you for helping us provide great service!!
